Nevermind, I misread it, Im supposed to remove the pre instalation film. It seems to leave some kind of residue that I gues helps it stay on the device.

Ive been a bit confused by the instructions for this product, is the preinstalation screen simply used to pick up dust before you apply the main film, or does it actually go on and stay on before applying the main screen? The instructions seem to say it goes on and stays on but looking at the preinstalation film (which doesnt fit the device) and what other people have said in reviews, it sounds like its just applied and removed to get dust off before instalation. Could you clear this up for me and a few other confused readers?
